It’s time to review this week’s words:
economy | An economy is the system of how money is made and used within a particular country or region. A region’s economy is connected with things like how many goods and services are produced, how many new businesses are being set up, and how much money people are spending. |
patience | When you have patience, it means you stay calm and don’t complain when something is difficult for you. |
discipline | Discipline is training to make people perform well or behave well. |
industrial | When something is industrial it has to do with the making of products or with businesses that make products. An industrial city is a city that has factories. Industrial jobs are jobs where people make things. |
sly | If someone is sly, they are smart, but you can’t trust them. They usually find some dishonest or sneaky way of doing things they want to do. |
